Elegant notes of quince, pear and spices. Incredibly small, plentiful bubbles. Rich, crisp and dry with a lovely mineral note. Wonderful!
This is an exceptional Brut Nature style of Cava. Made from 50% Macabeo, 40% Parellada and 10% barrel fermented Chardonnay. To ensure freshness, these wines are disgorged right before shipping to us several times a year. Current bottling is 2001 topped with 2002.
